Synopsis:

Prohibiting lenders from financing, through a home loan, specified insurance policies and debt suspension or cancellation agreements; establishing limitations on late payment fees lenders may charge with respect to a home loan; requiring lenders to provide a payoff balance to a borrower under specified circumstances; prohibiting lenders from recommending or encouraging a default on an existing loan or other debt under specified circumstances; prohibiting lenders from making high-cost home loans under specified circumstances; etc.
