Election Law - Voter Identification

Synopsis:

Requiring that a voter whose voter registration application was submitted by mail or via a nongovernmental third party, and who has not previously voted in accordance with that registration, shall submit specified identification before voting at a polling place; specifying that a voter who lacks the required identification shall be allowed to cast a provisional ballot; requiring specified voters to include a specified identification number on an absentee ballot application or request; etc.
