State Board of Social Work Examiners - Various Licensing and Regulatory Requirements

Synopsis:

Altering the quorum requirements for the State Board of Social Work Examiners; altering the educational qualifications for specified licenses to practice social work to allow for the accreditation of specified degree and educational programs by a specified accreditation organization or a specified equivalent organization; and altering the requirements for which the Board may grant a waiver of specified examination requirements for licensure by applicants who are licensed or registered to practice social work in another state.
