Creating the Maryland Commission for Men's Health; providing for the appointment of members of the Commission; requiring that specified members of the Commission shall be appointed from among applicants who have been nominated and recommended for appointment by specified organizations; requiring that specified members of the Commission shall be appointed from applicants applying on their own behalf; providing for the terms of the members of the Commission; etc.
