Requiring the Maryland Transit Administration, in conducting the Baltimore Corridor Transit Study of the Red Line, to evaluate, to the extent that currently budgeted resources allow, implementation of specified alternatives, alignments, and transit modes, regardless of the associated costs of implementation.
