Synopsis:

Establishing the Educational Technology Pilot Program in Baltimore City and Dorchester, Prince George's, Somerset, and St. Mary's counties; requiring the State Superintendent of Schools and specified organizations to develop a plan to implement the program in elementary schools; requiring the plan to meet specified requirements; providing for the funding of the program; etc.
