Synopsis:

Altering the calculation of a local supplement to the State Homeowners Property Tax Credit Program granted by a municipal corporation; specifying additional eligibility criteria that the governing body of a municipal corporation may provide, by law, for purposes of a local supplement; authorizing the governing body of a municipal corporation to alter the calculation of the credit and eligibility criteria for purposes of the local supplement; etc.
