Synopsis:

Altering specified court costs for specified individuals convicted of specified criminal offenses; establishing the Crime Stoppers Trust Fund; requiring the Comptroller to deposit a specified amount of specified court costs in the Fund; providing that the clerk of the court is entitled to a specified amount of specified court costs; requiring the State Treasurer to hold the Fund separately; specifying the purposes of the Fund; providing for the funding of the Fund; etc.
