Election Law - Baltimore City Board of Elections - Compensation for Substitute Board Members and Election Judges

Synopsis:

Altering the compensation for the substitute members of the Baltimore City Board of Elections and for election judges in Baltimore City; prescribing minimum compensation levels for election judges in Baltimore City; providing compensation for an election judge's attendance at a specified course of instruction, subject to a condition; providing that the Act does not apply to the salary or compensation of the incumbent substitute members of the Board; etc.
