Maryland Higher Education Commission - Review of Duplicative Academic Programs

Synopsis:

Requiring the Maryland Higher Education Commission to make a specified determination concerning a program approved or implemented after a specified date; providing that specified decisions of the Commission concerning duplication of academic programs are subject to specified judicial review; etc.
