Income Tax Credits for Green Buildings - Additional Credits Authorized

Synopsis:

Altering size requirements for specified buildings to be eligible for specified green building tax credits; allowing an individual or business entity to transfer specified tax credits under specified circumstances; authorizing an individual or business entity to whom a specified tax credit is transferred to claim a credit against the Maryland income tax under specified circumstances; increasing by $25 million the amount of initial credit certificates that the Maryland Energy Administration may issue; etc.
