Family Law - Child Care - Influenza Immunization

Synopsis:

Requiring the parent or guardian of a child in the care of a specified child care center to provide to the child care center specified evidence of immunization against the influenza virus by a specified date each year except in specified circumstances; and requiring specified child care centers to provide to the State Department of Education specified documentation that children in their care have received a specified immunization against the influenza virus.
