Creation of a State Debt - Capital Area Food Bank

Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $1,000,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of the Capital Area Food Bank, Inc. for planning, design, construction, repair, renovation, reconstruction, and capital equipping of a newly acquired facility for the Capital Area Food Bank, located in Washington, D.C.; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds; etc.
