Entitled:
Teachers' and Local Employees' Retirement Enhancement Act of 2006

Synopsis:

Altering the formula used to calculate the normal service retirement allowances of members of the Teachers' Retirement System subject to Selection C (Combination Formula), the Teachers' Pension System, or the Employees' Pension System who are employed by a local board of education on or after July 1, 2006; etc.
