Synopsis:

Authorizing registered nurses or licensed practical nurses working in a methadone clinic licensed by the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to dispense methadone in accordance with regulations jointly developed and adopted by the State Board of Nursing and the State Board of Pharmacy.
