Synopsis:

Allowing a retail gasoline dealer against whom a complaint is filed alleging a violation of the below-cost sales law to produce documents relating to the complaint within a 3-day period; providing for the imposition of sanctions in a specified manner, including a civil penalty; and making a stylistic change.
