Income Tax Credit - Flexible Workweek

Synopsis:

Allowing specified business entities a credit against the State income tax for the cost of providing a flexible workweek to the employees of the business entity in the State; requiring that a specified number of a business entity's full-time employees in the State work a flexible workweek in order to claim the credit; providing that the credit may not exceed a specified amount; applying the Act to tax years beginning after December 31, 2008; etc.
