Entitled:
Commission on Commuter Rail Governance and Funding

Synopsis:

Establishing a Commission on Commuter Rail Governance and Funding; requiring the Governor to designate the Commission chair; providing for the Commission membership and staffing; prohibiting Commission members from receiving specified compensation, but authorizing expense reimbursement, as specified; requiring the Commission to report its findings and recommendations to the Governor and the General Assembly by January 1, 2010; and terminating the Act at the end of June 30, 2010.
