Business Regulation - Distribution of Tobacco Products

Synopsis:

Requiring that a specified licensee display a specified sign regarding prohibitions and penalties related to the distribution of tobacco products; establishing restrictions on the sale of tobacco products through a specified self-service display; prohibiting the distribution of specified tobacco products to minors without specified identification; authorizing a court to require that a specified license be suspended or revoked for specified violations; etc.
