Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of Transportation to include a section in the annual Consolidated Transportation Program describing activities by the Department and the Maryland Transportation Authority to address traffic congestion; requiring the section to include activities that may be implemented by other State agencies or local governments to reduce traffic congestion and travel demand and enhance mobility throughout the State; etc.
