Synopsis:

Authorizing a political subdivision that has a population of less than 10,000 to adopt a noise control ordinance with specified limitations; requiring a political subdivision that has a population of more than 10,000 to adopt a noise control ordinance that is at least as stringent as specified standards, limits, and rules adopted by the Department of the Environment; etc.
