Synopsis:

Requiring physicians licensed to practice medicine in the State to notify patients in writing and on each visit of specified information relating to professional liability insurance coverage; requiring physicians to maintain records of the signed patient notification and post specified information in their place of practice; authorizing the Board of Physicians to establish specified language for the notification; etc.
