Synopsis:

Establishing an ambulance service in the Division of Correction; requiring a correctional facility to use the ambulance service in an emergency that requires ambulance transport of an inmate; providing that the costs of the ambulance service be paid from the funds appropriated to the Division in the State budget; requiring the Commissioner of Correction to make specified determinations regarding the ambulance service and adopt specified regulations; etc.
