Synopsis:

Repealing the termination date of provisions of law relating to a Truancy Reduction Pilot Program; clarifying that provisions of law relating to a Truancy Reduction Pilot Program apply only in specified counties and under specified circumstances; authorizing a school official to file a specified petition with the juvenile court if the court stetted a specified charge; providing for the transfer of specified cases under specified circumstances; etc.
