Synopsis:

Establishing a Commission to Study the Impact of Large Truck Traffic on the Chesapeake Bay Bridge and specifying its membership, chair, and staffing; prohibiting Commission members from receiving compensation, but authorizing the reimbursement of specified expenses; requiring the Commission to study specified matters and report findings and recommendations to the Governor and the General Assembly on or before a specified date; terminating the Act; etc.
