Synopsis:

Clarifying that the transfer of funds that a specified nonprofit health service plan is required to make to the Senior Prescription Drug Assistance Program is in addition to the subsidy a nonprofit health service plan is required to provide to the Program; clarifying that the transfer of funds is not subject to specified limitations imposed on the amount of the subsidy a nonprofit health service plan is required to provide to the Program; etc.
