Procurement - Apprenticeship Training Programs

Synopsis:

Establishing a State Apprenticeship Training Fund in the Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation; requiring the Secretary of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation to use the money in the Fund to promote preapprenticeship and other workforce development programs; requiring organizations that have registered apprenticeship programs and receive specified funds to certify to the Secretary that the funds are used solely for improving or expanding apprenticeship training in the State; etc.
