Correctional Services - Voting Rights - Notification

Synopsis:

Requiring the Commissioner of Correction, at the time of the inmate's release from a State correctional facility, to provide an inmate with written information concerning the inmate's eligibility to vote; and requiring the Commissioner to prepare the written information in consultation with the State Board of Elections.
