Synopsis:

Requiring nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and outpatient clinics that offer or oversee services relating to dialysis or HIV/AIDS located in Baltimore City to report to the Commissioner of Health for the City of Baltimore regarding incidents of methicillin- resistant Staphylococcus aureus and strategies to reduce or eliminate future incidents; etc.
