Establishing an Evidence-Based Prescriber Education and Outreach Program in the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene; establishing the purpose of the Program; requiring the Department to work with the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy to develop, implement, and promote the Program; authorizing the Department to contract with the School to administer the Program; requiring the Program to provide health care professionals with information; etc.
