Physicians - Outpatient Surgical Services - Hospital Privileges

Synopsis:

Prohibiting freestanding ambulatory care facilities from employing physicians to provide specified surgical services if the physicians do not have specified privileges at specified accredited hospitals; and authorizing the State Board of Physicians to impose specified penalties if specified licensees provide specified outpatient surgical services and do not have specified privileges at specified accredited hospitals.
