Entitled:
Nursing Facility Resident Protection Act

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a sex offender registrant from knowingly entering onto real property on which nursing facilities are located unless a waiver has been granted; requiring specified facilities to consider specified factors when deciding whether to grant a waiver; requiring specified facilities to provide and prominently display specified written notice when a waiver is granted to a registrant for purposes of treatment, residence, or visitation; etc.
