Hometown Heroes Act of 2009 - Income Tax - Subtraction Modification for Retirement Income of Law Enforcement, Fire, Rescue, and Emergency Services Personnel

Synopsis:

Providing, under specified circumstances, a subtraction modification under the Maryland income tax for retirement income of residents who are at least 50 years old and are retired law enforcement officers or fire, rescue, or emergency services personnel; applying the Act to tax years beginning after 2008; etc.
