Synopsis:

Requiring that, before an alcoholic beverages license or permit may be issued, the applicant provide verification that the applicant has paid all undisputed taxes or has provided for payment in a specified manner; requiring that before an alcoholic beverages license or permit may be renewed, the renewing authority verify in a specified manner that the holder of the license or permit has paid all undisputed taxes or has provided for payment in a specified manner; etc.
