Criminal Procedure - Offender Registry - Retroactivity

Synopsis:

Providing that provisions requiring the registration on an offender registry of specified persons convicted of committing specified offenses are to be applied retroactively to include a person convicted of an offense committed on or before July 1, 1997 and who was released on or after July 1, 1997 for a crime requiring registration or who was under the specified custody or supervision on a specified date; etc.
