Department of Health and Mental Hygiene - State Facilities - Closure

Synopsis:

Prohibiting the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene, notwithstanding any other provision of law, from closing a specified facility; and prohibiting a specified State facility under the direction of the Mental Hygiene Administration from being closed.
