Criminal Law - Offensive Physical Contact

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person from intentionally causing or attempting to cause minor offensive physical contact of a nonsexual nature to a specified adult or engaging in conduct intending to put a specified adult in fear of minor offensive physical contact of a nonsexual nature; providing specified exceptions; and making an offense subject to specified penalties.
