Individuals with Developmental Disabilities - Respite Care

Synopsis:

Extending the termination date on specified provisions of law requiring that State residential centers provide respite care for specified individuals; repealing provisions of law relating to the Rosewood Center; requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to document specified information; and expanding the scope of information required to be submitted by the Department with its annual budget request.
