Vehicle Laws - Registration and Driver's License Renewal Fees - No Charge for Recipients of Medal of Honor

Synopsis:

Prohibiting the Motor Vehicle Administration from charging a recipient of the Medal of Honor a fee for the renewal of the registration of a vehicle or the renewal of a noncommercial driver's license.
