Criminal Law - Elimination of Concurrent Sentencing for Child Sexual Offenses

Synopsis:

Establishing that a sentence imposed for a violation of a specified sexual offense in which the victim of the offense is a minor shall be consecutive to and not concurrent with any other sentence imposed for any crime based on the act establishing that violation.
