Synopsis:

Extending the termination date for the Senior Prescription Drug Assistance Program to December 31, 2012; and extending the limit of $14,000,000 on the subsidy that a nonprofit health service plan is required to provide to the Program under a specified provision of law through fiscal year 2013.
