Public Health - Food Establishments - Transportation of Perishable Foods

Synopsis:

Requiring specified food establishments to transport perishable foods from a wholesale food warehouse or distribution center in accordance with specified standards; requiring a wholesale food warehouse or distribution center to display a specified sign; and requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to adopt regulations establishing specified standards for the transportation of perishable foods, requirements for the display of a specified sign, and specified fines.
