Altering the factors that must be included in evaluating a manager's or supervisor's performance; providing that a specified anonymous survey may be performed only under specified circumstances; repealing the requirement that an employee prepare a specified self-assessment; repealing the requirement that a specified self-assessment be part of an employee's performance appraisal; etc.
