State Commission of Real Estate Appraisers and Home Inspectors - Administrative Sanctions - Civil Penalty

Synopsis:

Authorizing the State Commission of Real Estate Appraisers and Home Inspectors to consider specified factors before granting, denying, renewing, suspending, or revoking a home inspector license or reprimanding a licensee when the applicant or licensee has been convicted of a specified crime; and authorizing the imposition of a civil penalty against a licensed home inspector under specified circumstances.
