Residential Child Care Facilities - Incident Reporting - Interagency Workgroup

Synopsis:

Establishing a specified interagency workgroup to develop a uniform incident reporting system to be used by specified agencies; requiring the interagency workgroup to adopt specified regulations; requiring the interagency workgroup to report its findings to the Governor and General Assembly on or before September 1, 2011; etc.
