Synopsis:

Requiring Prince George's County to approve or disapprove applications for development permits for specified qualifying redevelopment projects and to provide applicants with specified written notice of the approval or disapproval within 90 days; extending the amount of time under specified circumstances within which Prince George's County has to approve or disapprove a specified application and provide applicants with specified notice; etc.
