Synopsis:

Establishing the WSSC Procurement Oversight Committee; providing for the membership and duties of the Committee; requiring the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission to submit, on or before December 1, 2010, a written report to the Committee demonstrating compliance with a specified minority business enterprise law; requiring the Committee to submit a specified report to the General Assembly under specified circumstances; requiring the Committee to report to specified delegations to the General Assembly on or before January 1, 2012; etc.
