Synopsis:

Requiring units that contract with community-based residential programs, residential child care programs, or group homes to collect data concerning certification as a minority-owned, woman-owned, or disability-owned business and suspensions or revocations of licensure within 10 years before the date of the contract; and requiring units to submit a specified annual report to the Governor's Office of Minority Affairs.
