Synopsis:

Requiring an applicant for a specified 1-day license in Baltimore City to submit an application to the Board of License Commissioners at least 10 days before the license takes effect; requiring the Board to post notice on its website of specified licenses the Board approves for issuance at least 5 days before they take effect; and requiring a notice to include specified information.
