Synopsis:

Authorizing the introduction of specified health care records as evidence in an appeal from a decision of the Workers' Compensation Commission under specified circumstances; requiring a specified notice to be served to all parties within a specified time period; establishing a specified limit on a judgment; requiring a court to alter a specified award under specified circumstances; providing that the Act does not apply to specified determinations, awards, or claims; etc.
